Mr. A. K. Singhi
Shri A. K. Singhi is the Founder and Managing Director of M/s IRC Engineering Services India Pvt. Ltd. He has more than 45 years of experience in the fields of boilers, welding technology, destructive testing, and non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques.
He started his career at Renusagar Power Division of Hindalco Industries Ltd. He was trained at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) in the fields of radiography and NDT. He later joined the Boiler Experts Group of NTPC Corporate Operation Services.
In 1995, he established his own organization in the field of industrial radiography and stress relieving. Over time, he diversified and expanded the organization’s activities into Remaining Life Assessment (RLA) and established a metallurgical, chemical, and mechanical testing laboratory.
The testing laboratory he established covers an area of approximately 1,000 sq. m., with a building spread across four levels and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. IRC and its testing laboratory facilities are among the few in the country approved by the Central Boiler Board.
Mr. Abhinav Singhi
Mr. Abhinav Singhi is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer from Indraprastha University. After completing his graduation, he pursued a Master’s in Business Management from S. P. Jain Institute. He is also an ASNT NDT Level III certified professional in UT, MT, ET, and LT.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of conventional and advanced non-destructive testing (NDT). He is currently looking after the business development and operations of the company. He specializes in the application of advanced NDT services in the energy sector.
Mr. Anil Kumar Das
Mr. Anil Kumar Das is an accomplished power-sector leader and R&D strategist with over 33 years of experience at NTPC NETRA, where he served as Chief General Manager (CGM). An alumnus of IIT Kanpur, holding B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees along with an MBA in Operations Management, he is an expert in Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE), health and life assessment, and failure analysis. He holds ASNT Level III certifications in four NDT methods and CSWIP Level 2 certification in PAUT.
He has contributed to over 600 health and life assessment studies of boilers and turbines, supported the development and deployment of advanced inspection technologies, and coordinated R&D projects under India’s Advanced Ultra Supercritical (AUSC) Mission. His achievements include 7 patents, 10 copyrights, 4 books, and over 50 research papers. A recipient of the National NDT Award (2011), he continues to contribute his expertise to advancing inspection technologies, asset integrity, and industrial reliability.
Mr. S. K. Handa
Mr. S. K. Handa has 35 years of experience in the fields of destructive testing and non-destructive testing (NDT). He has extensive knowledge of various ASME and EN codes and standards. He heads the entire laboratory, focusing on business promotion, operations, and quality monitoring.
Mr. Pradeep Bansal
Pradeep Bansal is an accomplished professional with over 37 years of post-qualification experience, including more than 20 years in third-party inspection and certification services. He brings extensive expertise in senior management, techno-commercial operations, and strategic business development.
He possesses strong capabilities in business expansion, client relationship management, and operational planning. His experience in the inspection and certification industry enables him to understand complex industrial requirements and deliver effective solutions. With his strategic vision and leadership skills, he contributes to strengthening business performance and long-term client partnerships. He plays an important role in promoting quality, reliability, and professional excellence across IRC Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Kanchan Singh
Mr. Kanchan Singh is an experienced Asset Integrity and Inspection professional with 15 years of industry experience, including over 9 years in the Middle East across oil & gas, refineries, LNG, petrochemical, and offshore sectors.
He holds certifications in API 580, API 510, API 570, API 653, and ASNT NDT Level III in UT, RT, MT, and PT.
His expertise includes Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), Fitness-for-Service (FFS) assessments, damage mechanism analysis, corrosion evaluation, and advanced NDT techniques.
At IRC Engineering Services India Pvt. Ltd., he supports asset integrity assessments and inspection planning, focusing on equipment reliability, code compliance, risk reduction, and safe plant operations.
Mr. Awanish Kumar Tripathi
Awanish Kumar Tripathi is an experienced technical professional with 22 years of expertise in inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) across diverse industrial sectors. His professional experience spans nuclear power, refineries, thermal power plants, fertilizers, petrochemicals, and chemical industries, including projects associated with NPCIL and NTPC. He also brings valuable international project experience across Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. With his extensive technical knowledge and industry exposure, he contributes to delivering reliable inspection services, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring operational excellence.
Mr. Shashank Shekhar Jha
Mr. Shashank Shekhar Jha is a seasoned engineering professional with 16 years of experience in Remnant Life Assessment (RLA) of boilers, turbines, and pipelines. He has technical expertise in evaluating the remaining service life and integrity of critical industrial assets, contributing to operational safety, reliability, and performance.
His expertise supports the assessment of equipment health, identification of potential failure risks, and planning of appropriate maintenance strategies. He is committed to delivering reliable engineering assessments and maintaining high standards of technical quality across industrial inspection projects.
Mr. Yogesh Chaudhary
Mr. Yogesh Chaudhary is a B.Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has been associated with IRC Engineering Services India Pvt. Ltd. since 2017. He is an API 580-certified Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) professional with experience in engineering assessment, asset integrity management, and digital solutions for the oil and gas, power, and process industries. He is heading the Digital Product development of IRC.
Mr. Abhishek Singh
Mr. Abhishek Singh holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2016) and joined IRC Engineering Services India Pvt. Ltd. in 2017 as an NDT Assistant. He focuses on operational excellence, service quality, client satisfaction, team development, and the company’s continued growth.
